Jenkins Middle School football coach Marty Turner will meet with 5th/6th grade students interested in playing football today 6.24.20 at the football field from 6 to 6:30 pm. 7th/8th graders will meet from 6:30 to 7 pm.

Caitlin Eldridge, daughter of Donald and Linda Moore, has won the Ruby Zidaroff Scholarship! Ruby taught school here at Jenkins for many years. One of her students thought so much of her that he started this scholarship in her name. Caitlin has won $2,000.00. Congrats!!!


Jacob Bryce Bentley, son of Brian and Lisa Bentley, has won the Viola Phillips Scholarship! Viola Phillips was a lifelong resident of Jenkins and a true believer in the power of education. Jacob has won $2,000.00 a year for four years to help with college expenses. Congrats!

With the recent announcement of schools canceling in-person instruction for the remainder of the year during these unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenkins Independent Schools regretfully announces that Prom, Senior Trip and ALL other events have been canceled.
