Mrs. Boggs' fourth grade homeroom won the Attendance War last week! They were rewarded with lunch outside and enjoyed some extra recess.

The Character Pumpkins were absolutely amazing this year! We thank all of our families that participated and all those who voted at Fall Festival. After tallying the votes the top three winners are Quinn Deskins, Lilo and Stitch character, Haven Ramey, Big Bear, and Evie Bentley, Snoopy. These three students win a $10 gift certificate to use at the Book Fair. All other students who participated will receive a $5 gift certificate to use at the Book Fair. Our next Family Engagement Project is the Disguise a Turkey. These are due by Nov. 20th. And will be on display Friday, Nov. 21st for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Congratulations to the Elementary Academic Team. They had their second win of the season last night! The faced West Whitesburg and won the match 8-3.

Our Halloween Attendance Challenge also begins this week! We have ten days left until Halloween, so any student that attends 9/10 of those days will win a pizza and icee party on Monday, Nov. 3rd.
If you can't attend Open House please contact your child's teacher and they will set up an alternate conference during their planning time or after-school.
